Free consultation

We offer a free 30 minute consultation if you have been charged with a criminal offence. During the consultation, the Director will meet with you and provide advice as to the court process; the likely sentence if convicted; any applicable defences to the charge(s); the prospects of successfully defending the charge(s) at trial; and the estimate of our fees for your case.

*The offer of a free consultation does not extend to cases where a person has already received advice from another lawyer, to convicted persons, to persons charged outside WA, or to regulatory or traffic offences.

Paid consultation

For all other matters including appeals, restraining orders, advice or non-criminal charges, our discounted rate is $180 for a 45 minute consultation.
